in the village of Thornton-le-Dale not far from Pickering and inside the North Yorkshire Moors
National Park. The area features many stunning views and places to
visit, including York (The Minster and museums including the National
Railway Museum), Dalby Forest, Goathland (Heartbeat's Aidensfield) Hutton
le Hole, Pickering (home of the North
Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway and Flamingo
land theme park), Whitby (Captain Cooks home
port) Scarborough, Filey all within 45 minutes drive. We
offer holiday accommodation in the form of B&B in our beautiful listed
farmhouse. Children are always
welcome. We also offer ample secure,
off road parking in our private yard or by prior arrangement garaging for
you car, motorbike or mountain bike. Evening
meals can be provided by prior arrangement. Also there are four eating
establishments within 5 minutes' walk providing a wide range of menus to
suit every taste. You will be able to
enjoy our beautiful secluded gardens, woodland and stream close to the
centre of this famous village. Dogs
are welcome in the house and bedrooms or we can provide a kennel if you
prefer. If you want to bring your horse or
pony we can offer livery as well. |
